A couple of countries have the capability of creating a Secondary team, I would like to invite those countries and their players to play in the Secondary DNC III.
I am currently working on a list of all admins, if you wish to help me organize, have a server we may use, whatsoever, don't hesitate to Personal Message me.
If you have, after discussing it with your fellow country men, created a Secondary team, please tell me. Also include all the emails and the Captain's name.
